Subject: Camping Fellowship
Hey Fritz, Our next trip out is Memorial Day Weekend. Is it too early to start packing the trailer?

Also, I've started asking some folks to come to Knoebels with us this year. I've got two spare tents that I'm willing to lend someone if they want to join the crowd this year.

Hey Bob, what do you think? Would you like to take the family to Pennsylvania for four days of camping?

Greg, You have two tents and I think Donna H. has one. Do we want to reserve at least two tent sites near our spots and start to look for people we want to ask. I have one family for with a child, that I would like to offer a spot to, and another family I'm thinking about asking if they would like to go with us. What do you think? Should we reserve two tent slots and try to fill them?

Fritz. I think that's an awesome idea! I have two tents as well. One two room 8 person (only if they are small) and one a little smaller. I have all sorts of equipment I am willing to lend as well if needed.

Greg, Every year you all go to Knoebels and I have something going on (usually work related UGH! ) Would REALLY like to go with you all. Sounds like fun!

When is the date this year? Maybe just maybe...

I for one can't stand camping on the "big" camping weekends. Too crowded. I like people, but like my space even more.

Where else do you all like to frequent? One of my favorites is Turkey Swamp Park in Momount. Nice VERY large spaces, good crowd, fun for the kids. Nice hiking trails and good fishing.

BTW Look for this thread to move... I think one of the admins is going to create a new forum group for it...

Thanks Bob, It would be a great time to bring them to a fellowship experience and introduce them to the church. You can't help but fall in love with this group, huh???? Oh, next camping trip is memorial day weekend.... And, possibly one week at Buena Campground. Stay tuned.... Yes, we need a forum just for Camping Fellowship...

Ok, I have reserved tent sites Q27 and Q27, which appear to be the tent spots located just behind us at PE60-PE64, for our same time frame, Aug 24-27. Should I make the offer??? Bob, aside from the tents, what would we need, that you or Greg don't have for two ground sleeping sites??? Fritz

Hey guys, my Mom's in town from WV. I like what's happening with the forum. This is a great idea getting the sites reserved for our annual trip. There's a family I've benn encouraging to join us as well. I'll get back to you on Friday. Want to spend some time with Ma.

Great. Is this someone already in the church, or outside? I can reserve more spots if necessary. Can they affort to pay for their own spot, have they been camping before, should we also reserve a spot for Rev. Doug? Let me know ASAP.

I made an offer to a neighbor of mine. They seem very intersted, and have some limited gear. I told them we could supplement anything they have, and we hope they would join us.... I should know in a couple of days... Fritz

hello there! yes I am online now. I am looking forward to chatting. I am planning on going to Delaware River Family Campground right after Knoebels. Since this is only my first day on line I haven't booked it yet, but will. If anyone wants to join us to RELAX after Knoebels.

Donna, what town is the Delaware River Campground near? I'd like to check out the local area online to see what's around there in case I want to go for a ride in the country.
