As the health-and-welfare ministries coordinator, Nancy assists our church and people in being involved in direct service to persons in need.

I didn't even know that we had a health and welfare representative! I would think that since I am the prayer chain contact we should communicate and co-ordinate offering prayers for those that contact you in need either anonymous prayers or signed prayers. Also, I think that vice versa, those that contact me should be relayed to you to see if there is anything that we as a church could do to help. I feel that would include those people not in our church, even if it is a simple card with our concern for the situation which would also be a great outreach.
